I bought this product for my mother that is 84 years old. The remote control does not have an on and off button or to raise the volume; I believe this would be my fault because I overlooked the product and figured that it was a given that these Features were available to all Roku products. To my disappointment it is not true. Now I will return to the store to buy a new remote for this Roku. I don’t recommend this particular product because of the remote control.

Bought due to the satalite bill increasing, and paying for every little add on. This is great, Roku provides so many options for TV viewing. Really enjoy having choices of what I watch and when I watch it.
