Great, except remote

The unit itself works fine and has great speed in loading Roku and apps. But the remote has a terrible layout with the mute and volume bottoms on the right side. With the Return button on the upper left, your right hand has to shift up to reach that button, and you hit the mute button every time. If you are left handed, then no problem.

We bought this a little over a month ago and are berry happy with the product and choices of streaming. We do not miss cable or the expensive charges for cable services.

I bought this to work with my Samsung Smart TV. Using my WIFI, I have some trouble sometime getting the ROKO to connect. It works excellent after it connects.

I actually purchased 2 new devices because mine were too old to use anymore. I’ve never had a problem with Roku devices but out of the 2 I got I’m trying to decide if it’s not working properly or is it my tv settings. I need some time to figure it out
