Remote always stops working

I bought this device and replaced my batteries about once a month to no resolution the remote just stops working I've reset the roku device with no resolution now it's just frozen on the language screen

Can't stable connect to wifi

the Roku came with a projector when setting it up, I did all the necessary actions, but it stopped connecting to the Internet, called the provider, and the provider said that they saw it in the Internet status, but Roku said not connected, I reboot the Roku again shows the connector after 5 seconds it as disconnected, I don't know what to do. I'll have to do it along the way and throw it away, all other work fine, Google Chromecast. laptops and phones

It's not working as it did when I first installed

The only reason I purchased it was so I could get Great American Pure Flix, which I paid for a year's subscription and couldn't get it on my Smart TV. When I first hooked my TV to Roku I was able to bring up Pure Flix and watch it for a month or so. Now, all of a sudden, it doesn't allow me to watch Pure Flix. It keeps wanting me to purchase a subscription, which I already have.

Everything is red

Everything has waves of red. Bad picture. Very poor quality.
