remote did not pair with stick

believe I got the wrong remote as it kept asking me to press the pairing buttons and there were none. This is my third Roku so I am familiar with the set up.
Got the basic remote should have had the enhanced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although you have a basic remote that doesn't need pairing, you can still start the pairing process by pressing the Home and Back buttons at the top of your remote. I didn't know if I'd like streaming TV, but it's amazing; watching what I want when I want. Some things I pay for, but nothing too bad. Have to hard reset the box once in a blue moon but works very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku Express - Exactly what we needed!

We no longer have the headaches of trying to watch PPV sports and our kids love how easy it is to use Roku. The Roku Express has updated our living room TV.

We received 1 Roku and we were so thrilled with the outcome, had to buy another one for our other TV that had a Firestick. Roku is Great, so so many movies & shows and most of them are FREE!!! thanks and very easy to use.

I gave up on TV in 2016. The programs and costs? Weren't for me. Roku was at mom's house and she had the freedom to choose what she wanted to watch. When and it was awesome. I'm back.

No on/off button

Yes I ordered this model. No I did not think it would not have an on/off button. I have tried contacting customer service via email but even though they tell me they will contact me in a day or two they never have even after at least three attempts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
