I purchased this particular model because (my understanding) it’s designed more for HDTV vs newer 4K TV’s. Plus my older plasma tv doesn’t have the capability of adding apps. In any case, it works great and the added Roku channels provide great entertainment for streamers.

Easy to install and use!

Having an older model LG TV was an initial concern for us, but we did some quick research and read others' reviews before purchasing our Roku HD stick. Set up/installation was a breeze. It's worth it not to rush. Take the time to go through each step of the on-screen instructions for a smooth and successful set up.

I have a 55” Sony that is 5 years old. The color is great! The remote seems ancient! The Roku stick was so easy to install and easy to use.
