It’s very difficult to navigate. It comes without any instructions unless you are able to go online download the massive information. Still haven’t figured out how to record or work any feature. It’s unclear whether an app is free or not. So far I can’t think of one thing I like about this system.

I was reluctant as a non streamer, but I'm glad I did. Love the tutorials. I'm a senior so they were very helpful. Great product!!!

It does not have the ability to turn off and on the TV. So, I bought one with those functions. I LOVE that one.

Hi Mick, We appreciate you choosing our products and sharing your thoughts. Please note that some devices come with a Simple Remote, which does not include TV controls for power and volume. You will need to use your TV remote to manage these functions. Currently, the new line of Roku devices includes only the HD Roku Express. In general, the non-plus(+) models in the Roku lineup are equipped with a Simple Remote. We recommend using the Roku Voice Remote if you want access to your TV's power and volume controls through the Roku remote. You can compare the features of the different remotes by visiting https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/compare.

Brand new to streaming services. So far I have been able to figure out how to use and like the many options! The many 'how to' on the website are fairly easy to follow along to success.
