Easy set up.

I was able to set this roku up for my grandkids and parents. It was easy and love that i can download the movie apps for my family to watch while i am busy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this yesterday and no on and off button and no mute button! I have an old one and it at least has a on and off button!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These lack TV controls (Power and Volume), so you must use your TV remote to control these functions. The current line of new Roku devices is limited to the HD Roku Express. In addition, in Roku model releases, the non-plus(+) models are generally equipped with a simple remote. However, if you wish to have functional access to your TV's power and volume buttons using the Roku remote, we recommend the Roku Voice remote. Recently installed a second TV and needed a simple method to connect it to streaming services. Roku Express fit the bill. Simple to connect and setup. Only took a few minutes. We now can enjoy streaming TV in multiple rooms of our home.

Works well and I’m glad to have it. Just 2 things: for older eyes, I wish the guide was in a bit larger print. I also wish the remote had backlighting.
