[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is overall good, but the water doesn't come out cold in the first glass of water. There are no temperature gauges for the refrigerator just what temperature you set it to.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The extra 4 square feet over standard full size is very appreciated. On top of that it is bright, simple, organized, and the huge drawers are excellent. With 4 kids to feed this was a clear choice and no regrets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is good. Wished the refrigerator side was wider for more room and the drawers had humidity control.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator, but I wish it had a covered butter tray and I wish the water was colder when dispensed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only a few weeks in. Some concern about the loudness (of the motor?) after we've opened the doors several times.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temperatures in both the freezer and fridge range as much as 20 degrees off of set point. Even overnight when neither side has been opened for 8 to 12 hours. This was less than 2 weeks after purchase. Warranty support was dispatched and only spent 10 to 15 minutes looking before leaving saying that the temperature fluctuations were due to a possible "clogged " air filter and also some of the food in the fridge was too close to the back wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon installation there was loud buzzing noise explained as "oil had to settle". Had to enter warranty call and was told a fan was bad and it would take a week to get parts. The refrigerator it's self is just OK. It has a sort of cheap feel and look to it. Day one bad, off to a bad start. Hoping for long trouble free service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer door has to be replaced. The floating wire was not working. My first whirlpool, from year ago, had no problems except the ice maker quit because of a broken cable in the bottom of the door .. supposedly it breaks because of open/ shutting the door over the years.
