Bought this refrigerator January 2026. 3 months later the Noise from with machine is absolutely annoying. I open kitchen to family room cannot even hear TV over the annoying almost 70 dB noise from this piece of junk.
Bought the unit a couple of months ago and slowly adjusting to it. The refrigerator side was slow to cool to temperature and it runs a few degrees warmer than the setting. Unit has lots of room, but the shelf and door bins spacing is off. Either you have really tall shelf spacing or a narrow shelf spacing. Same goes for the door bins. Looking at adding a shelf and door bin to see if I can get the right balance. Sadly they rounded the door bins corners and you loose space that way .. what I could stuff in a previous unit door bin I have to now spread to a door bin and a shelf. Toggles for the ice and water dispenser are odd, though I like the separation. We'll have to wait and see how long this lasts as manufacturers now don't build for long-term usage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago after years of frustration with my “fancy” 4-door Samsung. After researching, I concluded that Whirlpool had the best ratings for good quality. I also decided a side-by-side was pore practical, particularly the freezer side as it’s easier to organize and retrieve items. For example, I don’t have to bed over as item to get things and since I can see the shelves, I will not forget food items that are there. Also, i wanted something simple that didn’t require a degree in programming for simply changing temperatures or changing the filter. So far, it has not disappointed and I’m very happy with my purchase. And it looks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! We had to replace our French-door refrigerator. I’m so glad I listened to my husband’s recommendation to buy a side-by-side refrigerator.
I’m only 5 feet tall and I’m able to reach the top shelf. There are plenty of shelves to have an organizational system in place.
