Cracked Water Valve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, the ice maker was inoperable due to a cracked water valve inside the refrigerator. We were unaware until we had a puddle of water on the floor instead of ice cubes in the ice cube compartment 24 hours after installation. We are currently waiting for a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has now been running for about 3 weeks and is working quite well. It also looks good and is quite roomy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 36” Whirlpool side by side (WRSF5536RZ) almost 2 months ago to replace our 21year old 36” Whirlpool side by side. So far we are very happy with the purchase. It’s so much bigger inside than the old one, both the freezer and fridge sides. Love the measured fill feature. We noticed the same louder than previous model hum other reviewers mentioned and the only other thing I would change is the range of temperature, you are limited to a max of 5 degrees F on the freezer. Other than those 2 points, I would highly recommend this Whirlpool model (WRSF5536RZ).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice features in a full size refrigerator… Whirlpool was the model with the correct height for kitchen install openings, others at 70 inch high were too high. Delivery team needed to remove refrigerator doors to fit through 32 inch door openings but did an excellent job reassemble the ice maker connections. Operating well as expected in week two of ownership
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm rating this product as a 4 out of 5 because I don'tfeel I've had enough time to review it's value completely. I do love the refrigerator's larger storage space for sure! I'm not yet sure about the storage bins in the refrigerator as they seem flimsy and may easily break. As for the freezer, I'm peased with it's function.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has vegetable preserve issue. I have thrown more vegetables away since I bought this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a top of the line refrigerator and the price reflects that, and I understood that when I purchased it. It has all the features I was looking for, and it looks quite nice in my kitchen. It is noticeably noisier than any previous fridge I've ever owned. I think I'll reach out to customer service and ask about it.
