Lots of flaws. Whirlpools are not like the used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a new Hisense which was defective. This fridge also has cooling issues in the fridge side. Temp set at 33°, but actual measured temp varies between 38 and 40 ans has cold spots that freezes food. The drawers can not fully pull out due to being blocked by the inside edge of the door. The door will not swing open far enough. The fidge us super loud! All the time. It is louder than my dishwasher. Sounds like they failed to put in enough insulation to muffle the sound of the fridge running.It is constant and very annoying. The inside is very roomy and shelves adjustable. The freezer and ice maker work great. We've had good luck with Whirlpool in the past, but I'm disappointed in this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great choice side-by-side refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice side-by-side refrigerator. Has a space for traditional butter storage, but no lift lid shelf. It is working well after 1 week in use. We got the black stainless steel color since our other kitchen appliances are a shiny black. Wish the front was the same matte pebbled finish as the sides. It's a shiny medium gray. There was nothing in the store in that color, so we picked it from a computer screen, which didn't come close to the actual color. Other than the color, we are happy with the purchase.

Ice maker wouldn’t work
