Does not have adjustable shelves

Had the 325 model which is very fixed, so we moved to this model because Whirlpool advertised adjustable shelves, gallon door storage, and adjustable freezer shelves. The shelves have a single fixed adjustment, not adjustable shelves. It was clear this was to get a check mark on the feature list, while providing no value. The 5 gallon door storage units were 3 gallon shelves and they are rounded, making them less useful (the 325 has square edges). Not impressed at all with this unit and assume this is how whirlpool engineers now (our 10 year old whirlpool had fully adjustable shelves and the gallon shelves, were actually gallon shelves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is awesome. It is deep and wide with plenty of space in the freezer and fridge. Plenty of drawers. I like that the ice bucket is in the door and not taking up the top shelf. I also like that you can set the amount of water to fill and can walk away.

Love this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much bigger storage space than my last GE fridge. Love the front display and the pre-measured water dispenser. The touch screen is easy to operate. The ice and water dispensers fit large glasses.

Nice enough side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice side by side, had a french door before so it's taking some getting used too. 3 stars because the water dispenser doesn't work and was one of the main reasons I got this model. Going to have to have an appliance repair person come out. Very annoying and frustrating. I would have just returned it but I live too far away
