Perfect size and features for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this Whirlpool 36-inch Side-by-Side Refrigerator with TruCool™ System, and so far we’re very pleased. The size and layout are ideal, offering plenty of storage without feeling bulky. The features and design options make it feel high-end, yet it’s very reasonably priced for what you get. While it’s too soon to comment on long-term reliability, the Whirlpool brand reputation and build quality give us confidence. A great combination of style, space, and value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hoping this will last longer than last one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope this is better than the last one, but I wouldn't bet on it as all parts are made overseas. The last one didn't last two years, so I don't expect more out of this one. They are all sorry products and overpriced for what they are.

Big and quiet refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is much larger and quieter than my previous one. I like the extra space in both the refrigerator and freezer sections along with the LED lighting. It took a while for the unit to cool in the rapid freeze modes, once the proper temperature was reached, the regular operation noise similar to a PC fan running was a nice surprise. It also seems to run for most of the day without the humming noise that resonated into the basement like the old refrigerator. The trapezoidal ice cubes are better than that half moon ones as well, it cools the liquid in the glass faster and doesn't dam up the liquid in the glass as you are drinking it. It takes a full day for the ice reservoir to fill to capacity and about an hour for each batch of ice to be made. The autofill feature is nice too. It takes an air filter to prevent smells (or use a box of baking soda) which is another maintenance item along with the water filter. I hope I get 16 years out of this refrigerator like I did the previous one.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new refrigerator a week now and have been very pleased with the performance. Today, our freezer went from '0' to '-1' so we will wait and see what happens there. We've not made any manual adjustments to the controls since setup.
