Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the spaciousness of this refrigerator. The lighting in it is amazing , I can see all the food eastly even in the way back. It holds the temperature well and you can adjust the temp anytime using the front water dispensing area. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to the ice dispensing system paddle is not working correctly (not strong enough to turn around and dispense the ice) . I have scheduled a service visit this week and I am sure they will fix the problem. I just open the fridge to get ice for now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loud huming noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now pwned tis refrigerator for a month or so. It is very nice except for the noise level. The refrigerator can be heard through the adjacent rooms with a humming sound.

Decent, good, but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is much better than the Frigidaire Gallery it replaced. Materials and sturdiness of the bins, shelves and glides are nice and well designed. Space in the freezer is nice due to the in door ice maker but cold use an additional shelf. Space in the fridge side is very nice but I was disappointed it does not have a butter keeper. The fridge side could use an additional door bin or two and a shelf. The air flow design is just alright. I do not understand why it has to be vented on the upper left top shelf. Having anything near the vent, even several inches away will freeze. Additionally the second shelf from the top and left hand side will freeze due to the air flow coming from directly above. It seems like this fridge/freezer tends to run on the cooler side at any temperature settings as I have tested with separate thermometers. Another design flaw is the door panel control. There is no way to lock the settings without locking every button on the control panel. The buttons are super sensitive and often settings can be changed by brushing an elbow against the control panel while passing the refrigerator. The fast cool and fast freeze buttons should not be accessible from the door. If there are guests, kids or anyone who does know how the ice/water dispensers work they can easily touch a button and adjust the temp of either the fridge or freezer. Plus, anyone can easily press the fast cool button to basically freeze the contents of the fridge first shelves without any notice or warning. It's not as big of a deal if someone accidently hits the fast freeze button, but it will turn your ice cream into a solid brick that a jackhammer might have problems getting scoops out. Like I said, it's a good quality fridge so far that has been a nice addition to our kitchen, but it has some design issues and flaws that need to be addressed, re-designed and fixed for future models one would hope.

Noisy refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator but we're having two issues. One - refrigerator door is not level and is higher than the freezer door. Two - I can't get the ice maker to dispense ice cubes or crushed ice from the door. It seems frozen but I don't know how to adjust this. Thank you!
