Good Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the fridge for about a week now. So far so good. At first, I was worry because the fridge was not producing ice. After reading the manual, it states to wait 24 hours so I waited. It does take overnight to see the first batch of ice so no need to freak out. I love the fact that the temperature was factory set to the appropriate temp and the filter is inside so it can be easily changed when needed. The only complaint I have is that the cover at the bottom front corners was not tightly secure in place making it look cheap, flimsy and it came in with some scratches and peeling on one side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noisy Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly wanted to give this refrigerator a 5 star but it is the noisiest appliance I have EVER owned. It sounds like when my brothers put hard plastic in the spokes of their bike wheels as kids. It also buzzes. When I called about it, I was told that others reported it sounding like an airplane taking off. I could have a repairman come out at my expense if they found no problem. I personally feel the annoying noise of the appliance is THE problem. Why sell a product with a known issue? Otherwise, I love everything else about the refrigerator. Put a silencer on it.

I like it, but don't trust it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has an almost identical design as the one I had before that only lasted 8 years before dying. The only reason I got it again is because all other brands are lousy too, and Whirlpool seems to be the only brand making the widest freezer section in a side-by-side. All other brands are too narrow. And this one, as well as the last one, are both equally quiet, which is nice.
It took very long to get this time because Whirlpool seemingly prefers to make stainless steel appliances but not white. Getting a white one is like pulling teeth.
Now that it's here, I put a thermometer in it to monitor the actual temperature. The temperature is not very accurate. It's off by several degrees. Plus, it varies a lot. I've had other brands that are way more rock solid as far as holding the proper temperature. But it seems to be doing the job. We'll see how long it lasts THIS time.

Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago. So far I am happy. Initially I was a bit hesitant because it took longer than expected for the temperature to regulate. I wish it had come with more shelves for the door. Fortunately the shelves from my previous refrigerator fit perfectly. They are white and my new shelves are clear but I don't mind. It's really roomy and easy to clean. I have come to enjoy the three fresh food drawers too. It makes storing produce, dairy and meat super convenient.

Great Features and very quiet operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator with plenty of room. There is only one issue that I don’t like. The ice maker is extremely slow to produce ice and the collector box is way too small. You easily run out of ice quickly and it takes a full day to get it full again.

The Bottom Freezer experiment is over
