[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall satisfied. Designers should allow consumer determine where shelves are placed on their requirements not fixed shelves. A pilaster strip would remedy that issue. Also ice maker a little on the noisy side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this side-by-side refrigerator about a month ago. I’m very happy with the space and organization in both the refrigerator and freezer. The water and ice dispenser work well. I especially like the pre-measured 8,16, and 24 ounce water settings. But The water dispense doesn’t fit a pitcher to fill. My old refrigerator did and I miss that. The thing really DISLIKE most is, ITS SOO LOUD. 90% of the time you can hear it running. I thought for sure there was something wrong with it, so I called whirlpool and gave them my make and model. They explained to me that this was normal for this refrigerator and many people have called about the same thing. I thought I would get used to it by now, but every time I walk into the kitchen, I can hear it running and it bothers me. I moved the refrigerator that I was replacing down to the garage and it’s plugged in. I’m always listening to see if I hear it running, but I don’t, Its so quiet. I think if I knew this about this whirlpool model in advance, I would’ve chosen a different refrigerator. :( now I guess I’m stuck with it. Other than the loudness I do like it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the refrigerator a few weeks ago. It works well. I would like it more if the shelves were able to be pulled out and the bins were a better quality. They seem a bit fragile. Overall, a good appliance..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a new Hisense which was defective. This fridge also has cooling issues in the fridge side. Temp set at 33°, but actual measured temp varies between 38 and 40 ans has cold spots that freezes food. The drawers can not fully pull out due to being blocked by the inside edge of the door. The door will not swing open far enough. The fidge us super loud! All the time. It is louder than my dishwasher. Sounds like they failed to put in enough insulation to muffle the sound of the fridge running.It is constant and very annoying. The inside is very roomy and shelves adjustable. The freezer and ice maker work great. We've had good luck with Whirlpool in the past, but I'm disappointed in this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
