Perferred over my Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went from a 4 drawer Samsung to this frig. I love the fact that the icemaker works! It does not freeze as the Samsung did. I seem to have as much room in the frig and more in the freezer. The size fits better in my space than the Samsung did as well. So far no problems (but only have had it installed 2 weeks). I replaced my last side by side Whirlpool with the Samsung. Big mistake. The Samsung went Kapooey after 9 years (the ice maker after only a couple of months...even after 2 services by Samsung). My previous Whirlpool side by side was 20+ years old. I hope this one provides service as good as that one:)!

Not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance for a new house about three months ago and it was installed 1 month ago. Since then, the refrigerator has had a loud humming noise that comes on several times a day. The only way to get rid of this noise is to apply pressure to the floor of the machine that is in front of the lower drawer.

Great Appliance

Terrible water & ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So disappointed with the water & ice dispenser. Too small for a Yeti or Stanley. Also takes lots of extra pressure to get the water & ice to come out. If I had known I would Not have bought this model. I took my Yeti in and ask the unknowledgeable sales person if it would work. She thought it would. It seemed it would but it does NOT. I have to use a separate glass to get the water & ice and then transfer to Yeti. I had an LG and loved it except no one repairs LG. I had researched & thought it was made in the USA. It was made in Canada. Never again will I buy if not made in the USA
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
