Your model had poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Another outstanding refrigerator from Whirlpool! They have been my brand of choice for three decades. Love the pyramid shaped ice cubes. Tons of storage space. Great looking finish on the outside and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the front door was magnetic.
