[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Food isn't cold enough at default setting (37 degrees). Changed it to 36 and food against the back wall freezes.
Doesn't have a covered dairy shelve on the door. Measured fill doesn't work. Our old refrigerator displayed how much was being dispensed. Much more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a little over 1 month. Like many other reviews, the water does not get cold enought. The coldest water temp I have measured is 58 degrees. I think this could be solved with a stainless steel tube instead of the plastic one. The ice and water dispenser levers seem to be hard to operate. Still haven't found the right positioning to actuate the levers. Other than that, we are well satisfied with the features and performance

Really bad start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this refrigerator delivered 8 days ago. Four days ago, the ice dispenser broke. Specifically, while trying to get crushed ice, my wife heard a loud grinding. When we removed the ice cube reservoir inside the door, we found that a plastic ring at the base of the unit had broken into several small pieces. I believe a metal cylinder fit inside this ring. It was very disappointing to say the least. Service team from Massillon Home Appliance is coming tomorrow to try to repair our brand new refrigerator. (everything else works fine).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
