[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago. I had to have someone look at the ice maker as it would not make ice. The ice dispenser is loud when it dispenses ice. The appliance is loud when it is running. In an open floor plan, the excessive noise is very irritating and loud. The side-by-side set up does not give you enough room in either the freezer or refrigerator. I am going to replace it with a quieter unit with French door arrangement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a refrigerator that was boxed in by cabinets and a panel so I was limited in my options due to measurements. I like the shelving configuration and the flexible storage on the door. I like the round ice cubes but when the water is sent to form the ice it makes a high pitched noise. It is brief but would be annoying if close to bedrooms.

My wife is so pleased because she is very short and couldn’t reach the back of the refrigerator we had before this one makes it so easy for her and she had a hard time bending down getting frozen food out of the oh one and now she just opens the door and there’s the frozen food. We are very very pleased. Thank you.

Poor refrigerator door design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the time, I have had the refrigerator for three weeks. Only Issue I have is the refrigerator door does not allow you to move holding bins a round. Because of this normally where I had my milk in my old refrigerator, I not able to place the holding bin in the slot, it only allowed the smaller bin in its place. Plus, they give two small bins. Three large bins, and you basically either set it one way, or you don't use one large bin, So, design of front door poor, I bet they will sale a set of small bins. LOL
I would recommend this to a friend!
