[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Refrigerator is well organized and the digital controls made it easy to operate! The ice dispenser works well! We did have an issue the the freezer ice dispenser but Whirlpool promptly took care of our iss and we are very satisfied with their service! We are happy our purchase!

We are hopeful...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are hopeful that this will be a great unit. Unfortunately after 50 days, the refrigerator fan started rattling and we called for service. It took 8 days for them to come out. They said we needed a new freezer back panel and they would order it. That took 1 1/2 weeks. Scheduled for panel to be replaced. The entire unit iced up and stopped working. Had to live out of ice chest for one week.
We unplugged the unit, let it set for 8 hours. The freezer came 90% back.
Thank goodness we had an upright freezer.
The new panel with the fan installed went in quick and now everything is working.
Ashamed it took so long for service on a less than 80 days old refrigerator.
Whirlpool needs a better way of responding to brand new equipment failures.
Also refrigerators or freezers should always be responded to quicker than other appliances because of the potential loss of food.

Well designed refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this refrigerator as a replacement for a previously purchased refrigerator that we had continuing issues with. Unlike the first one, we are very pleased with this refrigerator. It is it laid out well, cools quickly and the ice dispenser works great, although it is a little bit noisy. It is great having the second large capacity ice maker below for parties annd filling a cooler. Overall we could not be more satisfied with this refrigerator. Others have noted that ice dispenser is loud when the water valve opens to fill the tray. I wish the water dispenser in the door dispensed more quickly but not a big issue
I would recommend this to a friend!
