Terrible water dispenser design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to think whirlpool was top notch. I will never buy one again.The water dispenser is so slow even with brand new filter installed.Servie guy already came to house replaced 2 parts did not help.We are very disappointed in refrigerator

Possible Solutions
Do you have the correct water pressure?
Ensuring the correct water pressure for your Whirlpool appliance is important for it to function efficiently. Optimal water pressure ensures consistent ice production and smooth water dispensing, while inadequate pressure can lead to performance concerns. Low water pressure can cause water to be dispensed more slowly, result in small or hollow ice cubes, or lead to slow or no ice production. Review Ensuring Correct Water Pressure for recommendation and additional information.
Using a reverse osmosis system? Connecting a refrigerator to an RO system can work, but RO systems can further reduce water pressure. Review Ensuring Correct Water Pressure for more information.
Was the water filter recently replaced?
If the water filter was just replaced or installed, ensure that it was installed correctly. An improperly installed water filter could reduce or stop water flow, decrease ice production, cause leaks from the filter housing, or lead to other concerns. Check to make sure the water filter is locked in place and creating a proper seal. To check the installation, remove the water filter from the housing and try to dispense some water. If water dispenses, the water filter was installed improperly; reinstall it.

Does the water filter need to be replaced?
It is recommended that the Whirlpool water filter be replaced every 6 months, when the indicator light comes on, or as needed. Replacing your water filter regularly helps ensure a continuous supply of cleaner, fresher-tasting drinking water. Depending on your usage and water quality, it may need to be changed more frequently. A clogged or improperly installed water filter can reduce water flow to the ice maker and dispenser, potentially causing low ice production and slower water flow. Whirlpool recommends using everydrop® water filters. Find the right replacement filter for your refrigerator, and make the simple switch for clean water year-round.

Great capacity and flex storage

Multiple door storage shelves provided flexible storage for drinks, condiments, etc. The freezer top drawer is easily accessed for lesser used items while the main section is spacious. The frozen pizza storage area is an added bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is nice and roomy. Ilike the ice and water dispensers. The main issue we have is the doors on the refrigerator are hard to close. They have to be pushed shut pretty hard and often don't close all the way. the second problem is the protective wrap isn't removable from the seams where it was assembled
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good fridge that could use some design improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the fridge is quite satisfactory. Some areas for improvement are the crisper drawers and the deli drawer. The doors on the refrigerator must be opened fully to access the deli drawer. The handles on the crispers are somewhat confusing since they are the opposite of the "deli" handle. Also, the outside handle on the freezer compartment traps dirt or food particles. the handle should be solid, not an open cavity. The capacity is great, although some may find the shelves too deep requiring stretching to get to the back. The top shelf should be able to be adjusted without removing the fridge doors. My wife has complained that the left door is difficult to close. The right door closes easily by itself while the left door requires some force to close it. The last comment is that the digital controls on the door are a bit confusing, not really user friendly. Cooling has been fine in both the freezer and fresh food compartment.

Decent Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has worked very well so far, but there are a few things that could be improved. First, the water flow from the in-door dispenser is too low after too short of time after replacing the water filter. Second, the large deli door cannot be opened fully if the outer doors are not opened to wide angles. In general we like the refrigerator but we think these items could be better.

Huge Capacity, Fast Cooling, Plenty of Ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big, well-designed, and genuinely useful: the 30 cu. ft. capacity, adjustable shelves, gallon bins, Pint Size Storage, and Pizza Pocket make it easy to organize a lot of food without wasting space. The performance matches the feature list too, with Total Coverage Cooling for even temps, Fast Cool and Fast Freeze for quick recovery, and dual ice makers that store over 11 lbs of ice while the in-door system makes over 3 lbs per day.
I would recommend this to a friend!
