Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the large size, but the outside water dispenser needs to be redesigned so it doesnt splash water when used. Otherwise I would give it a 5.

Big New Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this earlier this month and I am very pleased with the capacity, function, and appearance of this, model.
This replaced a side-by-side I owned previously, and because we bought a, larger model, there is now PLENTY of room both in the fridge and the freezer for everything we need. The sliding top drawer allows us to see everything in the freezer,
The shelves in the fridge are well designed and flexible enough to allow me to put everything where I want it to be. I would have rated this 5 stars, except the ice dispenser in the door doesn't quite work as I expected .

The only drawback is it took quite awhile to make ice, and even though we ran water(over 3 gallons) through the water dispenser it still tasted like plastic for a few days. Overall we are really satisfied with our purchase. .

Love the size and layout but keeps shutting off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and layout of this fridge and freezer is amazing! Great fridge/freezer for a family of boy. Love the dual ice maker as well!! The water dispenser isn’t my favorite as there isn’t much depth to get a cup in. It’s not that big of a deal just have to be a bit more careful not to pull the cup out too soon to prevent dripping. Also, you have to make sure both doors of the fridge are open when pulling out any drawers, which is kind of annoying when in a hurry but just takes some getting used too. Apart from the actual day to day functioning of the fridge and space, my fuse in my breaker keeps popping now which has been a huge inconvenience. My house isn’t that old and have had me previous fridge in the same spot so it shouldn’t be anything electrical on my end. I’ve tried calling whirlpool multiple times but have not been able to get through after registering. The recording states that its training employees so wait time is longer than normal but I also don’t have time to wait day after day for longer periods than a half an hour while working. Now it’s the weekend and they are closed so this has been super frustrating, not fun to get something new and then have it shut off repeatedly. So I’m not confident in rating the quality yet. I know things happen here and there but to not be able to even get through to the company to get this resolved, especially after signing up and paying for the warranty, is really frustrating to not be even able to get through for help. Hopefully I can get this resolved quickly and will end up being a great fridge in the end but so far I’m just really not sure about the quality and customer service yet. To be determined…
