Some small issues, not terrible but annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge overall. But a few issues. Ice maker barely makes ice in enough quantity to satisfy two people who don’t use much ice anyway. And no, no problems with water line or freezer temp. Also, handle striped when installed making it loose. Called service department almost three weeks ago for replacement. Still haven’t seen the part and no status available. This is a new fridge, would expect quicker response as I am about ready to return it if the handle doesn’t show up soon.

No water filter part number

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not find the water filter part number for my WRFF3336SZ frig. Your website does not recognize that model number, there is no parts list in the Owners Manual, the dealer does NOT have one in stock to pull his water filter, and I am hesitant to take my new one out since it appears to be working. Your website does list 4 to choose from: #1, #2, #3, & #4 so should I buy one of each & hope one actually fits ?

Great Design

It is spacious, has a deli drawer perfect for lunch meat and cheeses, fruit and vegetable drawers that slide in and out easily, and adjustable shelves that accommodate all sizes of containers. We really like the design of the interior water dispenser. We had one in our old refrigerator, but this one is sleeker and set at a better angle to refill water bottles and glasses.The freezer is huge! It can easily accommodate a 20 lb.Thanksgiving turkey and all the leftovers that come with a holiday dinner.
