[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased out of necessity. Our 7 year old Samsung quit cooling and after diagnosed not worth fixing went directly to our local appliance store. My wife knew exactly what features she wanted and which ones she did not. We purchased this one and it was delivered the next day. We are very happy with the performance and look. Already love the great no handprint doors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. Shipping got pushed back twice. Our 20 cu ft was full and running out of room. This 31 cu ft is huge. We have same stuff in it as old one and looks only half full. The door compartments are very large. Gallon milk jugs fit with ease. Freeze compartment has a very nice lay out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have the wrong model number! The fridge we got is model number WRFF5333PW. The serial number is correct. We like the fridge very much, except for the crisper drawers, which if you pull them out just a little to far they fall off of the track. They have no stop! Our fridge is 22 cu ft not 31.
