Great Appliance

The ice cube size is perfect and I love that the water comes from the inside. As opposed to on the outside of the door. Our fruits and vegetables have stayed so much fresher for a longer period of time I highly recommend This refrigerator

Quiet but weak door hinges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s just meh. The large door spaces are nice, and the overall capacity is great. The door cams are weak, so the doors have to be pushed closed all the way every time, and they open with almost no effort. It is quiet so far, which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had for he fridge for a few weeks now. Installation was a hassle. One installer said my water shut off valve needed replaced. Paid to have that done. Next installe said valve needed to be behind the fridge. 3rd installer finally got the job done. Next the ice maker didn't work. Repair company was sent out to fix a brand new fridge. Now the water doesn't dispense and they need to come and repair that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Refrigerator. If your water dispenser isn't working, check these common issues: 1. Control Lock Feature: Problem: The Control Lock is on, preventing dispensing. Solution: Check the control panel and follow your manual to deactivate the lock. 2. Water Filter Issues: A. Installation/Clog: A new or recently replaced filter might be improperly installed or a clogged, old filter may be restricting flow. Solution: Ensure the filter is securely locked and sealed. Test: Remove the filter; if water dispenses, the filter was installed incorrectly. Reinstall until it "clicks." Replacement: Replace your Whirlpool filter every six months or when the indicator light comes on. Use genuine everydrop® water filters for best results. 3. Water Supply Line: A. Connection: Ensure the connection is 1/4" soft copper or PEX tubing. Maintain a service loop behind the unit. B. Kinks: Kinks or pinches in the line reduce water flow. Solution: Pull the fridge out and gently straighten any kinks in the supply line. 4. Water Pressure: Problem: Low pressure causes slow dispensing, small ice cubes, or no ice. Solution: Review guide on Ensuring Correct Water Pressure to ensure it meets specifications. Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems can reduce pressure; consult guidelines for RO connection. 5. Dispenser Engagement: Problem: The dispenser paddle/pad is not fully pressed. Solution: Ensure your container firmly and fully engages the paddle or pad switch to activate water or ice flow.
