Door doesn’t close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very roomy and nice fridge , however , the French doors and the freezer bottom does not close well. Very easy to leave cracked if not careful . Has an alarm , but doesn’t go off as should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s everything I wanted, and at a fantastic price! Delivery was on time and professional. I really like that the water dispenser, inside the refrigerator, is perfect for filling my large tumblers; my old refrigerator had only a small space to dispense and I ALWAYS spilled water all over. In addition, the drawers are smooth, and everything is well lit. Unit is super quiet. I couldn’t have asked for more in a refrigerator!!

Really like our new fridge

Besides the space there are features that make it really nice. Thice maker and water inside are just a couple that stands out.

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit mid-November 2025. 3 days after installing the door sensors stopped working, therefore the alarm has been sounding every few minutes since (just over 1 week) The repairman is waiting on parts, but expected 2 days from now. Yesterday the interior water fill station stopped working. I intended to bring this up when the repairs on the sensors are made. I like the size and look of the unit, but I’m terribly disappointed in the reliability and multiple issues. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the gasket around the freezer drawer is peeling at 1 corner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only one dislike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the looks of this fridge and the huge capacity. One thing that I don’t like is the fact that both doors need to be completely opened all the way for the lower drawer to be pulled out.
