Huge inside!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good with our new Whirlpool fridge! We love how much room is in the inside. We specifically wanted one that did not have an in-the-door- ice dispenser and this fits the bill. Our "basement fridge" is also a Whirlpool and it is still going like brand new after 17 years.
Now, what I'm not happy with is getting an answer, after several emails and aborted phone calls to Customer Care, asking how to get the embedded protective plastic film out of the seams. I keep getting stock replies that do not address my issue. So, I am disappointed with Customer Service on this issue, to be honest. When I call, I've never once gotten through to a live representative :(
If it wasn't for Customer Service, I would give this 5 stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!
