Love French door fridges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought a new house, it had a side by side, and the first thing I said was, That has got to go. I want a French door Whirlpool refrigerator just like I had in my last home. I'm a little disappointed in the drawer that goes all the way across. My 2022 Whirlpool French Door had a much bigger capacity.

Plenty big but a few flaws

Large refrigerator big problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator to replace our old whirlpool. I wanted to love it because it is a large spacious refridgerator. However the ice machine does not work. It has never made ice. It is so frustrating to purchase a new refrigerator and then it not work. If you are wanting a large refrigerator with no ice, this is for you. After purchasing I looked at the reviews and ice maker troubles seem to be hand in hand with this model. Extremely frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your refrigerator isn't producing ice, check these key areas: Basic Checks & Reset
Not Dispensing? Unplug the refrigerator for 1 minute (power cycle) to reset the internal components. Wait a few hours to check ice production.
Is It On? Ensure the ice maker's power switch is on. If it has a reset button, press and hold it. Otherwise, perform a power cycle reset.
Note: If the ice maker is ON but has no water supply, it can cause buzzing, excessive cooling, and freezing of food.
Water Supply and Filter Issues
Most ice maker failures relate to restricted water flow.
Filter Recently Installed? A loose or improperly seated water filter can block flow. Remove the filter and check if water dispenses normally; if so, reinstall it properly.
Clogged Filter? Replace the water filter every 6 months or when the indicator light is on. A clogged filter restricts flow, resulting in low ice production and slow dispensing. Use genuine everydrop® filters.
Filter Not Flushed? After installing a new filter, dispense the specified amount of water (1-4 gallons) to remove trapped air and carbon, which cause small/hollow ice and cloudy water.
Water Line Kinked? Ensure the 1/4" cold water supply line (soft copper or PEX tubing) behind the refrigerator is not kinked or pinched. A service loop is recommended to prevent kinking when the unit is moved.

Outstanding fridge

Works good, defected parts on receipt

Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new refrigerator and didn’t want a water dispenser in the door, this model fit our needs perfectly. The shelves inside offer plenty of room for our food. Love all the storage in the doors. The ice maker in the freezer is a plus. The refrigerator is actually very light weight and easy to move away from the wall when I need to clean behind it occasionally. It is also super quiet when it runs.
I would recommend this to a friend!
