Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size and features but after three days the freezer was still not working. The whirlpool technician came out and determined it was a sealed component from the factory. That requires a different certified technician to come out. I thought i was buying a quality product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the large size, but the outside water dispenser needs to be redesigned so it doesnt splash water when used. Otherwise I would give it a 5.

Right color for our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we looked a long time to find a refrigerator that suited our needs, was similar to our last on (20 yrs old) and was at a reasonable price. delivery was great and hookup was simple and easy. everything worked as expected. the main factor we considered, believe it or not, was that this model is available in WHITE which is not generally accessible in most models/companies. thx

Very nice fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this delivered 1 week ago and I love the fridge itself, the doors are not aligned properly where the left door does not stay open when opened and the rightside door has to be pushed to close- if you don't keep pushing it, it does not close
If Whirlpool would send someone out to fix this, I'd give this and the range and microwave i also got from Whirlpool 5 star ratings all the way around

Good fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was offered to me as a replacement model for the fridge I purchased. It is an ok refrigerator but not a fan of the tiny ice cubes offered and the water in the door in a bit tricky to get without spills. Also, the drawers inside have sharp edges and the door with the ice/water maker will not stay open like the other door.
