Fridge with the door that will not stay open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator would be a 5 star rating if we did not have the problem with the left door not staying open. A service tech on the phone with Whirlpool Support for 45 minutes could not figure out the problem. Now we have to live the door that will not stay open.

Great refrigerator with lots of space and ice cube

Fridge size is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge a month ago and door ice maker does not work. After getting a service tech out, it was discovered that it wasn't the ice maker, it's possibly a valve inside the fridge. Of course no parts yet, but it sure made a mess inside the fridge with water and ice. While waiting on a tech again the bottom of the fridge filled with water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a Happy Customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't like ice and water dispenser. Temp in both the refrigerator and freezer is often higher vs set points. Doesn't show actual frig or freezer temps. Had to buy therometers for both freezer and frig. Should have bought a Bosch or Kitchen Aid, etc. To add insult to injury it came new with a small dent in freezer drawer.
