Very disappointed

The refrigerator arrived with the two top doors not aligned with each other. The tech needed to adjust the left leveling foot significantly in order to line them up. The left door that has the ice maker and water dispenser in it does not stay open all the way and the adjustment made it even worse. When you open the left door all the way, it swings back in to the point that you can’t open the left or bottom drawers; you need to hold the door open with one hand and open the drawer with the other. When you let go of the door, it swings into the open drawer. We have had the tech out twice to look at this issue and the response is “it is what it is.” This seems to be a recurring issue based on reviews I’ve now read on other sites which would seem to indicate it is a design flaw, not an individual refrigerator defect. I would exchange it if I could, but I’m being told that’s the way it was designed. A poor design, indeed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A refrigerator that is not level or has improperly aligned doors may lead to:
Doors being unable to close or seal properly
Frost build-up
Temperature fluctuation
Incorrect contact with the door switch
1. Level the Refrigerator
Before adjusting the doors, the refrigerator must be properly leveled (side-to-side and front-to-back) for overall proper operation.
Refer to your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions for specific leveling information.
Use a level to ensure the refrigerator is flat.
Check that the floor underneath is also level; shims may be needed if the floor is uneven.
2. Check Food Storage in Doors
The doors are designed to be slightly uneven when empty to account for the weight of food. Adding food to the doors can help them align properly.
3. Adjust the Doors
Once the refrigerator is level, the doors can be adjusted. Instructions for adjusting the doors are found in your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions.

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Broke down after first 5 weeks of getting it. Whirlpool repair scheduled for next Wednesday 2/11/2026. Absolutely ridiculous having to wait two or three weeks for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great size and options.

I've never had this much room and options in a fridge before. i have enough space to store everything I need. It fits so well within our kitchen. Love the door shelf space so that I have the space for meats the size of a turkey in the interior. Love the two ice makers. Love it.

poorly designed water dispenser

Needs Much Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water dispenser needs an overhaul. Too close to the fridgethat a thicker glass won't work. The French doors are harder to get opened when opening drawers. The ice cubes are tiny. I like the older model much better. The drawers don't have humidity controls either. This one replace my 3 year old model. Its a downgrade to the old one.
