[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this product for a few weeks. I can state, very roomy, bright inside. Ice maker in freezer ia a great feature, along with scooper. To me the scoop is a bit large for the tray of ice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Insured replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was an insured replacement for our model #WRV986FDEM01 which we loved. The design on this replacement is not well thought out. The bottom vegetable drawer is all the way across the bottom with no separation and no way to remove for cleaning unless the frige is pullout about 8 inches to open the right door fully. The top ice maker does not produce an adequate amount of ice and at times just grinds with no ice . The bottom ice maker only produces about 2 inches of ice. The water paddle is so close to the ice paddle that if you do not place the container in the exact spot it slips and hit the ice paddle with ice spewing all over. It is necessary to place the glass on the support and use a hand to press the water paddle as the glass lip is so close to the spout. There is ample room inside The doors need to be pushed hard to close or they stay open about 2 inches. The fruit & veggie drawer needs both doors open to access. We only have 6-8 inches of deli drawer available because the right door only opens to the 90 degree position due to next to a wall. Unit would have to be pulled out about a foot. It is nowhere near the one we had which we loved and do not know why it only lasted 8 years. This was chosen because it was the only one offered with dual iice makers like the old one.. A monetary compensation would have been better for us. Thanks for listening !

Hasn’t worked right since day one !!

Spacious, good qualities, little design annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious, good layout, many other positive qualities, but many little issues affect overall intial quality. This refrigerator is too new to rate overall quality. Refrigerator doors are the biggest issue. The doors do not self close, requiring a push to close, they are tough to level, and the doors must be opened almost perpendicular to the sides in order to open the bottom crisper drawer, then must be held open so as not to interfere when closing the crisper drawer. The doors are tough to completely level. Top shelf has limited height clearance and is not adjustable. The door ice maker works well, but is the loudest that I have ever heard when dispensing ice. The freezer ice maker doesn't make ice as fast as expected.

Door Ajar Alarm Peeps All the Time

I really want to like this Fridge, but there is a major flaw the door ajar warning comes on at random times. It was delivered Tuesday Jan. 27th, 2026 and the door ajar alarm kept peeping.
Yesterday, Feb. 1st I had the time to look at it. Checked reed switches with multimeter, they send a signal when magnet is present, but does not turn of the frigerator lights when hooked up and past near the switches. Leveled the unit and the left door sags , added 2 washers the the bottom hinge and this seemed to do the trick. Light turned off andthe water and ice dispenser started to work.
Run Errands all day and can home in the evening. The frig still was functioning fine. Put new grocecies in the fridge. After fabout 30 minutes started transferring food from old fridge to the new one. Had the door open for a bit, and after shutting the door the door ajar alarm came on soon after. I peeked through the gasket and the interior light never goes off when the alarm is peeping.
Resetting the fridge by unplugging it works for about 5 minutes and then the alarm goes off without the door ever being opened. Today I put it in Sabbath mode for and hour then reset the mode, this worked for almost an hour then the door ajar alarm started beeping again.
Is this a Control baord issue?
