[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my second one. First one had a broken water line that fed the door ice maker. Flooded the fridge and plugged the vents, while waiting for the tech to come out. Parts were 4 weeks out at the soonest. Luckily it was within the 14 day no questions ask policy for NFM. They brought me a new one a week later. The new one has now stopped showing the door ice maker choice. The doors do not stay in the open position, so it's inconvenient to pull the bottom drawer out. You have to push open one door then the other to get the drawer out. Very unimpressed especially with the high cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lemon of a Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator, and it already stopped working after a month. It will not keep food cool, frozen, and will not make ice. It seems to be a lemon. The repair man came out and said he does not know what is wrong with it but is going to order a compressor to start and that is on backorder at least a month. We are completely without a working refrigerator and freezer while they wait on the part that MAY fix it. Otherwise, they said there is nothing we can do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great layout inside

My only recommendation for future production is not to use the plastic covering on the handles that is currently being used. It was extremely difficult to get off after installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the Samsung I had just purchased, which I had purchased to replace my old fridge and a broken countertop ice maker. It's SO MUCH bigger and better! It fits in the space I have, and the doors open, unlike the last one. I don't understand who would buy a fridge with zero shelf height. This fridge is perfect! It's a little tall and deep for me at 4'10", but I put lazy susans on the top shelf, and now I can reach it all! The best part is the dual ice makers. I HAVE to have ice in my water and now I'm never out of ice!

Huge! Left door won't stay open, needs +1 shelf

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking unit- cavernous storage, quiet, good ice production. Minus a star as the center shelf is large, but and not very adjustable- I wind up stacking a lot of things and there seems to be wasted space. Could use an additional shelf. Also, top shelf is not height adjustable- not big enough for common sized objects- like a bottle of salad dressing or jar of mayonaise. Minus another star becuase the left side door will not stay open. Closes partially on its own, installers indicate this is due to the weight of the ice unit in the door. Adjustment attempts were made, fridge is level, doors are even, thing still closes on me. Kind of a bummer we will have to get used to this, hopefully, for a lot of years. Seems like a design oversight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few things I'm not happy with about this appliance. (1) I don't like the fact that the door does not close unless you push it closed and there is no vaccuum effect. (2) Don't like the fact that you can't open the deli drawer without opening both doors wide open. (3) Alarm notification sound if door is not completely shut is barely audible. Kinda defies the purpose of an alarm if you can't hear it. I have the same problem with my Whirlpool dryer, end of cycle alert is also barely audible with no way to increase volume.
I do like the dual ice maker and secondary storage in the freezer.
