[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointing. Shelves are really thin and fragile. The “counter depth” would have been okay, but with materials in back, it was far from flush from the wall, which makes it stick out unattractively. The instructions were vague at best. It runs very loudly. Having to speak to a sales person to get a warranty and hearing information on the basic warranty was extremely disconcerting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We should have replaced our old fridge sooner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know why I waited so long to replace my old refrigerator. The ice maker had stopped and the drawers were falling off the rails. Such stress (albeit first world, I admit).
The Whirlpool is so well lit and the I LOVE that the icemaker is in the door. Gave us a whole shelf in the freezer! I also love the shape of the ice cubes--the old elongated cubes were guaranteed to fall out of your hands. With this smaller ones, you can grab a handful and put them right in your container.

Not the same Whirlpool reliability I remember

Whirlpool is the best lasting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig is replacing my French door lg counter dept that had every option on it. I could have replaced it with the same but it is so much more $$$ and didn’t last very long. I have an old whirlpool frig in my garage that I use and it is lasting longer than any frig I have put in my kitchen. So, my new house frig replacement this time is now a whirlpool. I’m confident it will last. Plus the stainless steel finish looks better all the time. Fingerprints don’t show as much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

frozen eggs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge appears well made. Our first issue was that eggs were freezing, even with the refrigerator side set at 38 F. It makes me wonder how stable the temperature will be. A minor issue is that the water dispenser is too small to get our electric kettle under it. That was no problem with the previous fridge, a 24 C.F. (18 year old) Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good as far as the refrigerator working. It fits my space and needs. My only complaint with the refrigerator being too loud. Very noisy compared to my old one.
