It had a shortage of shelves compared to old unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rotating ice maker on our former unit froze in place and would not rotate to drop the ice cubes. It would recycle and send water over the top on that unit and fall into the ice cube container then leak to the tray on the front of the door. Messy situation.

Good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the steel finish which doesn't show hand prints. The area where you get your ice and water doesn't seem as sturdy as I would like. You have to really push a Styrofoam cup hard against against the back area to get ice or water. Metal or glass or hard plastic cups work fine. Good temperature controls. Everything stays very cold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Importance of Proper Leveling and Alignment
A refrigerator that is not level or has improperly aligned doors may lead to:
Doors being unable to close or seal properly
Frost build-up
Temperature fluctuation
Incorrect contact with the door switch
1. Level the Refrigerator
Before adjusting the doors, the refrigerator must be properly leveled (side-to-side and front-to-back) for overall proper operation.
Refer to your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions for specific leveling information.
Use a level to ensure the refrigerator is flat.
Check that the floor underneath is also level; shims may be needed if the floor is uneven.
2. Check Food Storage in Doors
The doors are designed to be slightly uneven when empty to account for the weight of food. Adding food to the doors can help them align properly.
3. Adjust the Doors
Once the refrigerator is level, the doors can be adjusted. Instructions for adjusting the doors are found in your Owner's Manual or Installation Instructions.

Great fit in tight quarters.

The stainless steel stays clean looking without fingerprints and the food stays cold. Love the ice maker in the door of the freezer. So far no problems!!

Nice but limited spaxe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator atorage is lacking. Very little space on door for condiments ans other bottle used. The shelves are narrow and not enough shelving so lots of stacking and hard to find items. Too narrow for plattera. Compared to my french door very limited space. Freezer is just a few shelves as teh door is ised for the ice and water mechanism.

Top shelf freezing special instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator seems well built but need to be very careful about not pushing items too far back in the shelves in general and especially the top shelf to prevent freezing. Apparently, there is a keep out area for air vents that needs to be kept clear (refrigerator has a sticker with this notice inside). Need to be extra careful about this. There is also a disposable freshness air filter that you need to buy and replace every 6 months or so.
My previous KitchenAid which I owned for 22 years had no such issue(s) with freezing or freshness air filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked the model as it was similar to my old refrigerator. I really didn’t want a counter depth, but I did not like their option for the larger fridge. The larger fridge had shelves I felt we’re not high-quality and the store model had broken shelves. Also, the larger fridge had less space in the freezer. This fridge is good except it smaller and I had to turn the temperature down as the default setting cause food in the fridge to freeze in the back.

Very good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has features that I really like. The ice maker is placed in the door so there is much more space in my freezer. I have found that it is works with very quietly. The lighting system in the freezer and refrigerator is very good and I have no trouble with any dark spaces. I did not give this 5 stars since I have only had this for only two months and have not placed many items in the unit so I can't judge if it keeps food too cold or not. I guess the only thing I found lacking was any detailed description of how the front display panel works and how to use it. The owners manual only had details about setup and general installation instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
