[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and it stopped working in 2 months. Technician came out twice. I had to make 5 calls to whirlpool, waiting 45 minutes each time to get hold of a live agent. Whirlpool seem to always have a reason not to replace it even though J&H repeatedly said they sent information to Whirlpool several times that the unit was not repairable
