Flawed electronic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator, but the refrigeration in both the refrigerator and freezer both stopped working after six months took the repair team over a week to come out and take a look at it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago and it's up and running. Very spacious and so far seems to be well built, time will tell. Digital temperature setting seems to be off a degree or two. I have it set at 35 vs recommended 37 and it averages about 36. It would be nice if the top tray in the freezer section pulled out when you open the freezer vs having to reach back and pull the top section out each time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally a manufacturer is listening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a manufacturer listed and gives the consumer usable interior space! I'm done with fancy bells and whistles- I wanted a French door full size refrigerator with as much usable interior space as possible and that's what this model delivered. I can store all my bottles, jars, cartons, butter, etc. in the doors leaving the interior shelves for other things. In my old Samsung there wasn't enough room to store food and beverages in the same unit. Things were so crowded I was constantly moving things around trying to find "that one item". Not in this model! I love how I can see everything easy. I especially enjoy the see through crisper drawers. Reminds me at a glance what I have fresh and need to use first. The freezer is well designed and allows plenty of storage and the ice maker is working well. The exterior finish is so much better than my old Samsung- very easy to wipe down and always looks good. I am extremely happy with this product and I have high hopes the love story will continue for years to come.

So Far So Good - Time Will Tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing gets 5 stars without the passage of time. So far the refrigerator seems fine for the two weeks we've owned it. This unit replaces a very troublesome and expensive Samsung that lasted all of 8 years. The refrigerator is quiet - relatively speaking, maintains proper temperature, and the ice maker produces adequate quantities. Wife noticed that the plastic drawers seem a little thinner, i.e. cheaper than others, (shrinkflation?). Once again time will tell. I opened the access panel on the bottom rear exterior to see condenser configuration. It is very simple and looks like it will be easy to keep the dust bunnies out - unlike the Samsung. Two complaints so far: (1) The control panel embedded on the side of the left refer door takes some getting used to and is not the most user friendly but it's ok. (2) Paint job, (black) isn't great and is easily scratched so will need to take precautions. I'm hoping this unit lasts a long time but won't be surprised if it doesn't. Unfortunately nothing seems to be built for the long haul anymore. So sad for consumers and the planet.
