Nice looking but could improve some features

Fresh food/meat drawer doesn’t get any
cooler than 40.8F at lowest setting. Freezer works fine. It would be nice if one could pull out the fresh food/meat drawer without
having to open both
doors. Drawer pulls are confusing and inconsistent. Fingers must be up to pull some and down for others. Called Whirlpool to fix problem with temperature and a rude person told me that this is normal but she would send someone to look at it.
They did find there is a faulty sensor (thermistor) and will replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this, it had an error code but was still working, had a repair man come and fix and clear code and it has been awesome. The icemaker is great and the fridge has so much space. We are very happy with our purchase.

A few issues but overall not bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this fridge has been pretty good. The ice maker stopped working after three months but they came right out and fixed it. It took an hour on hold to get the appointment but once they came out they were good. The other issue I’ve had that I can’t get help with is if you don’t push the door hard to close it then it won’t close all the way.
