Whirlpool refrigerator faulty ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Refrigerator is only two weeks old and we have already had problems with the ice maker. We reached out to whirlpool service number just to get put on hold for an hour . We left a call back number and still haven’t received a call back. Highly disappointed in the situation.We would recommend staying away from all whirlpool products under the circumstances we experienced.

Nice looking but could improve some features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator compartment does not get below 38 F when set at the lowest setting of 33 F
Fresh food/meat drawer doesn’t get any
cooler than 40.8F at lowest setting. Freezer works fine. It would be nice if one could pull out the fresh food/meat drawer without
having to open both
doors. Drawer pulls are confusing and inconsistent. Fingers must be up to pull some and down for others. Called Whirlpool to fix problem with temperature and a rude person told me that this is normal but she would send someone to look at it.
They did find there is a faulty sensor (thermistor) and will replace it.
