[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator only a week. So far I’m pleased. The location of the ice maker in the freezer door, like most other brands, occupies a tremendous amount of space. But I am happy with the side-by-side design other than that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing shelves and covered butter container

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is one fridge shelf short, one freezer shelf short, and does not have the covered butter container on the door. We just replaced an older model (Kenmore made by Whirlpool) which had these features. Had we known they would be missing in this new model, we would have saved these items to use in the new refrigerator, instead of having to but them as accessories.

Great ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our new refrigerator especially the size of the ice. However, it is noisier than our last refrigerator which was not expected. And I don't like how the ice and water paddles are not very responsive and operate at a strange pushing angle - hard to tell if you are pushing hard enough or not. Water flow is slow as well. Overall works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far great fridge. Freezer is small but workable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downsized to my retirement house so chose a counter depth fridge. Works well, controls are intuitive, the internal LED lighting is great. Only thing I ended up not liking is that the internal ice maker/water and ice bucket take up a lot of freezer space. I probably notice it more as I had a larger side by side plus a stand up freezer at the old house. Easily made adjustments and it's doing the job.
