Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about two months ago. Although info stated items on top shelf may freeze if vent covered. I was not prepared for the frozen and cracked eggs. Milk was frozen for 4days before I moved to lower shelf (still had ice crystals after 4 more days on lower shelf). Bread a little squishy and rolls from freezer soft and tough. I do not stack items as high as they would need to be to cover the vent. The repair person states he will order a new filter vent(?),control panel and sensor. Even though under warranty, It makes me wonder how long before other repairs needed. I think I got a “lemon.”

Horrible Product-Water/Ice Tastes Horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water, ice dispensed from the Refrigerator tastes putrid, horrible. Has a plastic, chemical taste. Water from the sink/faucet Tastes Fine, just water from Refrigerator tastes horrible. And yes, we flushed the system dispensing at least 10 pitchers (64 oz each) of water and dumped the ice container 6 times. NEW FILTER SENT DID NOT RESOLVE. BELIEVE WATER FROM REFRIGERATOR MAY BE HARMFUL, DANGEROUS TO DRINK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little disappointing...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this a couple of weeks and continue to have issues regulating the temperature in the refrigerator side. Freezing stuff when set at 37 degrees... trying 38 now and we will see... Also, the drawers don't seem to slide very well, binding and sticking as you pull them out and push them back in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
