[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temperature control is not good. I have played with shelving locations and temp. settings for over 5 months since purchase. Upper shelves freeze items when temp setting is low enough to keep lowest bin below 40 degrees. This lowest bin, or meat cooler, should be the coldest area in the fridge since it is the lowest position.
I have insured that there is no blockage of air flow anywhere.
The overall layout and appearance are good, but that matters little if the unit doesn't cool evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice unit -- a true improvement over my old 30 yr old Amana. I love that the ice machine is in the freezer door, rather than at the top of the freezer compartment. It allows for more accessible storage. I like the smart features, like the fan turning off when either door opens, so it's not trying to cool the kitchen.
I really like the LED lighting along the sides of each compartment. Much better than the old overhead bulbs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and look of the refrigerator. It doesn’t have a very large ice bin and it makes ice kind If slow. The water in the door drips, too. Overall I do like it. I bought a nicer model of this and it did not get cold so I am cautious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this refrigerator and it has been nothing but problems. My husband had to fix the noise coming from the configuration of wiring underneath in the back. Then we had to buy thermators for the fridge side since food was freezing with ice crystals on the top two shelves. We had to put thin styrofoam pieces against the freezer side in the fridge. So sorry we purchased this fridge. But now I have to live with it
