[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the side-by-side refrigerator much better than my old French door model. Easier to organize food, especially in the freezer compartment. This refrigerator is a few inches smaller in depth than other counter depth models which works well with my space. Some reviewer have said this refrigerator is loud. Although it is a bit louder than my other refrigerator, I do not find it irritating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Discouraged with side by side refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second side by side in a month. Why do they make so much noise. Sounds like a machine gun at least once a day. Freezer side has ice crystals on my freezer bags? I don't open the doors much, yet I have condensation on my shelves? I didn't want ice dispenser but it is very hard to find side by side without, so this is not even hooked up. Also hard to move, even a few inches. Storage space is also small on freezer side.
