Very nice looking inside and out but one concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed to find that the water dispenser on the door only dispenses room temperature water. Sales person never told us that. We presumed it would give ice cold water since even our almost 20 year old GE had ice cold water in its dispenser and most people we visit have cold water dispensers in their refrigerators. Also, the unit at times runs a bit loud; hum and motor running, but that's a minor problem.

Fits the space and works well

It fit the space we had which was the main reason we bought it and it has turned out to be a good purchase. Whirlpool lost a star because the filters that were supposed to come with the refrigerator did not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sp far, we are very happy with our new side-by-side. The counter depth limits the storage size by it is enough for a couple. The new LED lighting is a nice change.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was delivered/installed three weeks ago. It replaced one of the same model that I returned because of a high-pitched, pulsing noise from the compressor. The sound of replacement refrigerator is not as load, but the high-pitched, ringing noise is still noticeable and, frankly, it's irritating. I was looking for a product with Whirlpool quality and the features of this one, but I cannot say I'm happy.
One other thing- why no butter compartment on the inside door?
