Nice size and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has great space and lighting. I like the shelf storage and arrangement. The control board is easy to use and navigate. The measured fill is a great feature. The freezer also has great lighting and space. It runs quiet but also seems to run a lot, I wish it turned off more. The water Filter is easy to get to and replace
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second side by side 28cu. ft we have purchased. The first one was poorly engineered as the freezer door would sever the wiring everytme you opened the door. We were out of warranty and you did nothing to help us.( there should have been a recall, shame on you) We liked the size and features so we decided to try it again since you re engineered the wiring issue. hopefully this one will give us better service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a little over a month ago and we hate it. From day one we hardly get any ice, which we all use a lot of. We replaced a horrible Samsung with a Whirlpool which unfortunately isn't any better than a Samsung!! The ice maker produces very little ice. The freezer door is not installed properly - it is not flush with the refrigerator body the way the refrigerator side door is. The icemaker is also not installed properly as it is not sitting properly in the space it is supposed to. It is a big lemon!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Ice Maker, and fairly simple. Noisy compress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for two weeks. Is out standing and I love how much the bin holds and the size of the ice cubes. It also seems to fill very quickly. I like the freezer space in the refrigerator space. However, the compressor is quite loud compared to our last refrigerator. My husband made sure that it was perfectly level, and the noise was still there. Part of the noise was due to the back metal plate rattling. We stuck something in between it and the worst noise stopped. However, it is still quite noisy. I really am not sure if that is normal or not for a whirlpool. I am going to try to figure out if it is louder than it should be.It definitely is annoying, but we wanted a whirlpool because they have a better repair frequency. Maybe we will just have to put up with some noise, but I hope not!
