To loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is loud. When it is running, it makes a loud humming noise. I had a GE for over 15 years before I bought this one, and it was ten times quieter than this new one.

Working perfectly and I am enjoying the extra room inside. They made the doors larger to do it. Love the newer lighting design. The stainless steel doors look amazing.

If you are concerned about your refrigerator running too much, here are key areas to check:
Location and Ventilation
Ensure the refrigerator is installed indoors, away from heat sources (like an oven or radiator).
It should be in a location with an ambient temperature between 55°F (13°C) and 110°F (43°C).
Verify there is sufficient space around the sides and top for proper air circulation; do not block the base grille or install behind a cabinet door.
Recent Changes
The motor will run longer for 24 to 48 hours after initial installation or after adding a large amount of new food/beverages. This is normal until temperatures stabilize.
Usage and Settings
Limit how frequently the doors are opened, as this causes the internal temperature to rise and the motor to run more often.
Confirm that the temperature controls are set correctly, typically at the factory "mid setting." Setting controls too low will increase the run time unnecessarily.

SO MUCH ROOM INSIDE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! We had to replace our French-door refrigerator. I’m so glad I listened to my husband’s recommendation to buy a side-by-side refrigerator.
I’m only 5 feet tall and I’m able to reach the top shelf. There are plenty of shelves to have an organizational system in place.
