Ice dispenser issues..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious frig. Consistent problem with ice maker clog in the dispenser. The ice bin has to be removed from the door and ice dumped and the bin gently shaken and a couple of cubes will fall from the bottom of the bin that were clogging the dispenser. Then the ice can be refilled into the bin and put back into the freezer door. This process needs to be repeated if not used after 10 minutes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I bought this refrigerator about a month ago, I had only two weeks to use it before I left for a trip. In those two weeks, I enjoyed several aspects of the appliance. First, the room. I can get so much more in this refrigerator because of the way the shelves are built and that they are adjustable. Next, the lighting. It’s very easy to see all the way to the back, no dark hidy-holes. Also, the size of the ice cubes from the ice maker is much larger than expected and I like that. The freezer also has all the space that I need. I’m sure when I have more time using the refrigerator, I’ll have more things to add to my list of what I like about this appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new fridge died after 2 days of operation.

This is the 3rd Whirlpool refridgerator I have owned since 1992. The other 2 fridges I would rate as 5 stars. This one so far is a 1. The compressor failed after 2 days of operation. The service tech stated a seal in the compressor may have failed.
I purchased this Refrigerator on March 6th, compressor failed March 8th. A warranty replacement was delivered on March 13th. Lost everything in the fridge. Hopefully no more issues.
