Noticeable humming noise and buckled left wall

humming noise developed after 4 days usage
left-side outer wall buckled
Poor service: Platinum service company (Whirlpool authorized service) failed to provide 20 [min] prior to arrival call, even was confirmed by their own text message and blame customer for not waiting for 4 hours
My 30 year old Amana is much quieter is much better than brand new Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my side by side refrigerator! Love the look of the fingerprint proof stainless steel and it has plenty of room for my groceries. Really appreciate the extra room in the freezer with the ice maker and ice bucket in the door so I have more storage space for food. Just love it! So happy with this purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!
