Very roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator quit suddenly and I didn't have time to shop around or research products. I am very pleased with this refrigerator. It has plenty of space and the shelving fits my needs. It looks good and is fingerprint free, so easy to keep clean! It can be a little noisy when it runs. (makes a buzzing noise) Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaves a number of things to be desired

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a noisey refrigerator, the fans & compressor, the water
dispenser solenoid valve and the ice dispenser mechanism.
The ice cubes are too small. And at least one slide out shelf would
have been nice. Shame on me for buying a unit that was not on display
on the Showroom floor.

Defective Unit

Ice dispenser issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and from the start had issues with the ice maker dispenser not being strong enough to churn the ice down the chute to the glass. Have to manually turn it to free it from getting stuck around the ice cubes. Have to call the warranty. Otherwise nice product.

Meh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was fine, at first. The only starting problem was the user manual was not very easy to use and find specific information. After less than a month the water dispenser turned itself on and wouldn't stop unless I locked the panel. Everything else is fine for the appliance. Now the problem is getting someone to take a look at it. Called Whirlpool and made an appointment for 2/25 between 8:00 and 12:00. No one showed. Called the number for the service and was told the service number I got was never received. No one was assigned. They will be doing a video call tomorrow and we will see how well that goes.

Spacious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having a side-by-side! My only complaint is the ice maker is dreadfully slow. With a family of 5, it has trouble keeping up. Otherwise, the space is perfect on both the refrigerator and freezer side.
