A Flaw in the Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator (WRSF5536RZ) however, this design does not allow there to be a butter/dairy container (with opening and closing lid) on the upper side door even though there are built-in supports for it. I checked the model and Whirlpool says a container cannot be accommodated. What's the point of having built-in supports if the model can never accommodate a container? I wish I knew about this before I purchased.

Runs quiet! Hope it lasts atleast 15 years. Finger print resistance, cleans easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the refrigerator but the water in door has never worked. Ice dispenser works great. Have already had to have warranty repair out to look at. Have only had appliance for a month and there still is no water. Disappointed.
