Caution Advised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two of these fridges in the span of one month. Both fridges froze food and drinks in the back rear corner of the upper shelf and to some degree on the next two shelves below. This was at the manufacturer's pre-set temperature on 37
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. It is very noisy. I have a noisy washing machine but it is in my laundry room and I can always close the door. Unfortunately, with a noisy refrigerator you hear it all the time. It is constantly making sounds!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product about 4 weeks ago. I have been happy with it so far. If it lasts as long as my old Whirlpool side by side did I will be really happy. My old fridge is 21 years old. It still going just the ice maker quit again.

New Fridge for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it a couple weeks and seems to work fine. The shelves in the door are nice, but it is hard to get a shelf to sit firmly in the top slots. Plus, the drawers in the fridge are a tight squeeze getting them in and out for cleaning and removing the stickers that were in the fridge when delivered.

We love the refrigerator great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all, we’d like the new refrigerator for the same size refrigerator. It seems to have a lot more room on the inside. One addition I think you should look into is adding one more door shelf. We purchased one online and still have tons of room to get items out. We like the three drawer system, the deli drawer, vegetable drawer and fruit drawer. The shelves are very wide and deep to accommodate many items on the downside the fresh flow air system did not come with a filter. This was not a floor model. This came directly from the warehouse and was unwrapped at our house And also the screws that attach the water and ice dispenser. We’re missing. I installed something that was just laying around the house. I would like to know the proper size of screws if possible. It would also be nice on the door like our older whirlpool refrigerator had a shelf with a liftable door to put butter and other items in Maybe you can design a shelf that has that

The replacement was needed because the icemaker did not dispense properly. After 5 visits by Whirlpool trained technicians, Whirlpool decided to replace the refrigerator.
The replacement is working very well and the icemaker dispenses as designed. I am now pleased with the purchase.
