Looks Promising

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] thought this was the best option in this price range. You will HEAR this refrigerator. No top door butter compartment. Drawers in refrigerator do not seal closed. Feel like if you put to much weight on them they will break. The front side by side doors do not seal the same the freezer door closes tighter than the refrigerator door which sticks out about a 1/4 inch unless you push it tight. Do not like that the temperature controls are on the front water panel and could easily be hit by mistake or by a child. When I called for help finding and downloading an owners manual they registered the product and only cared about selling me an extended warranty. Nothing is made to last anymore. Just want a basic refrigerator no smart features that is durable quiet and has a warranty for 3-5 years because they believe in their product. Installers do not care it you know what to do they are in and out as fast as possible. Still much tape to remove requiring you to pull out shelves and draws. Difficult to remove the plastic that is in the seams of the door. Otherwise looks good stainless cleans easily. 3 days for ice maker to fill completely the first time but used to this from our old Kitchen Aid. How many years I get out of this without a repair will be the deciding factor hoping for the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this refrigerator. It replaced a 10 year old Whirlpool which was equipped with a butter/dailry shelf that had a cover. For the price I paid I feel they’re should have been that type of shelf especially since it seems there is room on the door to accommodate one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday. I'm doing a total kitchen remodel so I'm not using it at this point in time. However I've always had Whirlpool products and have been very happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like it very much. It is quite roomy. The ice and water paddles take a little getting used to but work quite well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the ice dispenser did not work the day after it was delivered. Everything else is great. I love the amount of space and the look.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Refrigerator.
Please see the following information for troubleshooting.
1. Confirm Ice Production
Determine if the issue is with the ice maker or the dispenser.
A. Is the Refrigerator Making Ice?
Dispensing Water, but No Ice: The water line is likely fine; focus on the ice maker.
Ice Maker Producing, but Not Ejecting: Perform a hard reset. Unplug the refrigerator for 1 full minute. Wait 2-4 hours, then check for production.
Ice Maker NOT Producing Any Ice: The issue is with the ice maker unit or its water supply. Refer to the "Not Making Ice" section or your Owner's Manual.
2. Verify External Factors and Controls

Basic factors can prevent dispensing.
A. Are Doors Fully Closed?
Context: A safety interlock deactivates the dispenser if the freezer or refrigerator door is ajar.
Action: Ensure both doors are firmly closed and try dispensing again.
B. Is the Control Lock Activated?
Context: The "Control Lock" or "Dispenser Lock" feature deactivates the dispenser paddle/controls but not cooling or ice production.
Action: Locate the control panel and deactivate the lock. Consult the Owner's Manual for unlocking sequence.
C. Is the Dispenser Paddle Fully Engaged?
Context: The dispenser switch requires a firm press.
Action: Use a sturdy glass and firmly press the paddle or pad until the mechanism engages.
How to Dispense: 1. Select output (Water/Ice). 2. Firmly press the glass against the paddle. 3. Pull the glass away to stop.NOTE: Always consult your Owner's Manual for model-specific instructions.3. Check for Ice Obstructions
Ice can clump or clog the chute, preventing movement.
A. Has the Ice Clumped in the Bin?
Context: Infrequent dispensing can cause ice to melt and refreeze into a solid mass.
Action: Remove the bin. Use a plastic utensil to gently break up and discard the clumped ice.
Maintenance: Empty and clean the bin/chute every two weeks to prevent clumping.
WARNING: NEVER use metal or sharp objects to break up ice; this can damage the auger or components.
B. Is the Ice Dispenser Chute Clogged?
Context: Ice fragments can freeze inside the delivery chute.
Action: Wipe the chute and the area beneath the bin with a clean, warm, damp cloth to melt lodged fragments. Dry thoroughly.
4. Verify Ice Bin Installation (In-Door Ice Systems)

Proper bin alignment is crucial for in-door systems.
Context: The dispenser relies on the bin being precisely seated to engage the auger motor.
Action: Remove and carefully reinsert the ice bin, ensuring it is securely "snapped" or locked into its designated position. Refer to the Owner's Manual for diagrams.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this last month. It was delivered on 12-13-25. I can't get over the amount of room in this fridge.
Putting the ice maker in the door was a great idea. We had a Frigidaire side by side. Only had 2 drawers. This one has 3 like it should. Had a whirlpool many years ago and were happy with it except the water filter was in the bottom. This one is above the top shelf. It is also quiet. Hope it lasts a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
